Due to the limited, one-of-one nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

Each Watch Lab item is thoughtfully sourced, designed, and produced in extremely limited quantities. Many pieces incorporate secondhand materials and handpicked secondhand watch components, making each item unique and irreplaceable.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully prior to purchase, including measurements, sizing notes, and material descriptions. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion.
