Thank you for shopping with Watch Lab. Each piece is prepared and packaged with care.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days.
Because many of our pieces are one-of-one and require careful inspection and packaging, orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States.
Shipping is a flat rate of $12 per order.
Transit times vary by destination but typically range between 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Watch Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Watch Lab is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, updated policies will be posted here.
