1. General Conditions
Watch Lab is an independent design studio producing limited, one-of-one pieces incorporating secondhand materials and vintage watch components.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
2. Product Information & Availability
All items are produced in extremely limited quantities, and many are one-of-one.
We make every effort to display product details, measurements, and materials as accurately as possible. However, due to the use of secondhand and vintage components, minor variations, signs of prior wear, or natural aging may be present and are considered part of the character of the piece.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Orders may be canceled at our discretion if payment authorization fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
5. All Sales Final
Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, designs, text, and creative concepts, is the property of Watch Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watch Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
